We know that our urban angels can't live without their ghd products so we aim to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible and in the best possible condition. All orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) to ensure fast and reliable delivery and we charge £22 shipping fee for each order. However, it will be FREE SHIPPING if the order is totally over £150. You'll receive a tracking number after dispatching. You can track parcel status online in 2-3 days.
Shipping will take place in two business days once the payment is received and it usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery.
We will do our best to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for any delay due to external factor, particularly due to busy period, such as Christmas.
