Of course every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other ghd product, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
We have outlined a brief summary below and if you need any further advice or assistance our customer service team will be happy to help.
STEP 1 - SEND AN E-MAIL TO SERVICE@MYGHDHAIRHOME.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORITARIAN PLEASE INDICATE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND RETURN REASON FIRSTLY
STEP 2 - FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTION
You will be given the detailed return tips by our customer service stuff. If you do not have a printer, please write all the required information on a piece of paper.
STEP 3 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place your styler/product into secure packaging, preferably its original box if it has been retained.
In the package you will also need to include:
- Your order number
- The detailed information from Step 2.
STEP 4 - SEND THE PACKAGE
We highly recommend that you use a registered postal delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.
Please don't use TNT or UPS, which will cause high Customs duty. We'll not be responsible for any extra charge caused by Customs
